ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.This court cannot work out the terms of arrangement between the petitioner and the sixth respondent. The only direction that can be given by this Court is the petitioner cannot be prevented from worshipping in the petition mentioned temple and to participate in any festival like any other devotee.

3.With this clarification, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
