Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 & 2 herein to produce the body and person of Thamizharasi, aged 17, D/o.Chithirai Senan, from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 8 herein, before this Court and handover the custody to petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The petitioner is the uncle of the detenue. The second respondent has traced the detenue and found in the company of the third respondent at Othakadai, Madurai and produced them before this Court.

2.The detenue informs that her Date of Birth is 11.07.2000; though she left the parental home when she was a minor, now she attained the age of majority; subsequently, a marriage was entered upon between her and the third respondent and their marriage was held on 23.07.2018 before the District Registrar's Officer, Madurai South. The detenue informs that she is returning to the matrimonial home at Avarankadu, Thiruppachethi, Sivagangai District, where she feel safe and secure. The parents of the detenue are present and they have been informed the said position.

3.Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
