ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Municipality to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.01.2021, wherein the petitioner is seeking for exemption from the payment of lease amount during Corona period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it will suffice, if the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.01.2021 in line with G.O.(D)No.337, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department, dated 16.06.2023. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.01.2021 in line with G.O.(D)No.337, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department, dated 16.06.2023, and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
