ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks survey and measurement of the petition mentioned property as per the rectification deed dated 31.08.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is no rival claim.

3.The second respondent shall complete the exercise within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the second respondent in the course of his work encounters any rival claim or raising of a dispute, he shall relegate the writ petitioner to move the Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
