O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report against the accused in connection with Crime No.245 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the proposed accused and the same was registered in Cr.No.245 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 294 (b) and 506(ii) of IPC.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the fact that the case was registered in November'2016, there was no progress in the investigation and that therefore a direction by this Court to expedite the investigation and to file a final report will be in the interest of justice. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.1.The respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.245 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.In view of the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is accordingly allowed.
