When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the sale has taken place and a sale confirmation certificate was also issued. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to give the particulars of the person, in whose favour the sale has been effected, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and with a liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
