ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 4th respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by registering false FIR, except following due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is history sheeter in History Sheet No. 468 of 2026, and is also involved in one murder case.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready and willing to cooperate with the respondent police for enquiry on issuance of summons. 2/5

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to issue summons under Section 110 Cr.P.C., / 129 BNSS, 2023.
