ORDER
This revision petitioner / wife filed this revision to direct the Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose of HMOP.No.1235 of 2019 pending on its file, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondent is not necessary.
3. On perusal of the records it is seen that the matter is pending for the past two years without any progress and posted for counselling till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present revision seeking early disposal of the case.
4. Since the matter is pending from the year 2019, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to give specific time to conclude the counselling and dispose of the HMOP.No.1235 of 2019, pending on its file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
