O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioners representation dated 29.11.2017.

2.The petitioner states that the third respondent has lodged a false complaint, as if the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from the third respondent and refused to return the same. It is further stated that the second respondent is now compelling the petitioner to repay the said amount on doing "Kattapanchayathu".

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that a complaint has been received as against the petitioner and the case was registered in Cr.No.436 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC. It is further submitted that the petitioner was summoned only for an enquiry, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pursuant to the registration of the complaint. It is further stated there will not any harassment and enquiry will be conducted only in accordance with law.
