Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members by way of enquiry based on the complaint of the third respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and HER family members under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the third respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents Police.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.2 of 2018 and investigation is pending.

direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
