ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to change the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2020 from the file of the third respondent to any other competent officer.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the third respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2020 and closed the same as 'action dropped' and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam on 24.01.2020 itself.

3. In view of the above, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate in the manner known to law, if she is so advised.
