ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks inclusion of his name in the revenue records in respect of the petition mentioned property. He has given a representation dated 20.02.2019 in this regard. 3.The third respondent is directed to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.It is made clear that it is open to the third respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Court has not given any positive direction in favour of the writ petitioner. The only direction that is now given is that the petitioner's request would be disposed of.

5.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
