Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to carry out the survey and demarcation of the petitioner's lands an extent of 1 acre, comprised in Ayan Punja Re-Survey No.734/4A and 50 cents, comprised in Ayan Punja in Survey No.734/3, at Sanganamkulam Panchayat, Vijaynarayanam Village Part-3, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to carry out the survey and demarcate the subject property, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Ragavendran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the written instructions received from the third respondent/Tahsilar, Thisaiyanvilai Taluk, submitted that on 19.10.2023 at 10.00 a.m. the survey is going to be conducted.

3. Recording the above submission made b y the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents and the written instructions , this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
