PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.,to direct the second respondent police not to interfere into the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry without due process of law on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2018.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
