ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2019.

2. Heard Mr.N.Liyakath Alikhan for M/s.S.Micheal Heldon Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that unauthorized flex boards were kept before his house obstructing access to his house as well as the road leading to his property.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions submitted that flex boards and banners have been removed. Notwithstanding the same, the second respondent would be acting on the representation of the petitioner and take such appropriate decision to remedy that, which is complained of.

5. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
