ORDER

The revision is directed against the order passed in E.P.No.1 of 2020 in RCOP.No. 3 of 2014, dated 16.02.201 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Lalgudi.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has already filed a memo seeking to withdraw this petition along with a letter written by the revision petitioner. The said memo is recorded.

3. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
