Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's grievance is that his father's name has been wrongly described in the patta. He therefore seeks a correction in this regard. He has given a representation dated 18.02.2019. The petitioner would submit that the authorities have already enquired into the matter and the report has already been submitted to the second respondent.

3.Therefore, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
