O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that under the guise of enquiry, the petitioner is being harassed by the law enforcing agency. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent police would submit that the private respondent as well as the petitioner has filed a complaint and it is case in counter. Accordingly, both the cases were registered and the law enforcing agency is conducting enquiry and appropriate orders will be passed in the manner known to law.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and to expedite the investigation and pass orders in accordance with law.
