Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent dated 20.11.2019 bearing ThiPaPee6/10737/2019 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to issue the No objection certificate for the land bearing S.No.282/3E2A to an extent of 2.30 Ares and patta No.18258 for the punja land situated at Kattuparamakudi, Paramakudi. This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent / contemnor for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 08.01.2020 passed in W.P.(MD) No.26491 of 2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.26491 of 2019 dated 08.01.2020, the petitioner had submitted a representation before the respondent and on receipt of the same, the respondent had passed final orders, therefore, the learned counsel prays this Court that the contempt petition may be closed.
