Madurai seeking further six months time to dispose the case , this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.2 of 2021.

2.By the order dated 28.03.2022, this Court directed the learned Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.278 of 2017, pending on his file, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted. The learned Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
