ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police Submitted that the petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.352 of 2017, dated 27.11.2017 is pending. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks by way of registering the case or close the enquiry as no prima facie case made out. The above process shall be completed within the above said period. During the time of enquiry, the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner.
