Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HEROLD SINGH S C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the Respondent No.1 and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that though this Court has passed an order dated 20.03.2023, the same was not complied with till now.

CRL MP(MD) No.4177 of 2023 submit that the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court as compromise talks were going on.

3. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 20.03.2023 while suspending the sentence directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order, but even after the lapse of three months, he has not complied with the order.
