The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 04.12.2014 in A.S.No.108 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit has been filed for permanent injunction and during the pendency of the Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2013 has been disposed of by rejecting the plaint and therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced the judgment in O.S.No.16 of 2013.

dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
