PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter Pavithra aged about 21 years and Minor grandchild Thanushka aged one and half years, before this Court and set them at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner, seeking production of her daughter, namely, Pavithra, aged about 21 years and minor grandchild, namely, Thanushka aged about one and half years, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has produced the detenues, ie., the mother and the child. The mother, namely, Pavithra, who is the first detenue, when was enquired, submitted that at her matrimonial home there was some problem with the husband. Therefore, she has taken shelter at the mother's home, where also it seems that there 2/4
had been some quarrel with the mother. Therefore, the first detenue claims that she left from the mother and stayed at her friend's house in Coimbatore for a couple of months. Now, she has come back and she is ready to go with her mother ie., the petitioner along with her child and live with her. 3.Recording the said submission made by the first detenue, this Court feels that this Habeas Corpus Petition can be closed by permitting the first detenue along with child to go along with the petitioner. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
