ORDER

Seeking to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. The petitioner had given the said representation with respect to the money dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent for appropriate action. However, the 3rd respondent did not take any action on the petitioner' representation. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted petition enquiry is pending.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), directing the 3rd respondent police to conclude the inquiry by issuing proper summons under Section 64 BNSS to the 4th respondent as well as the petitioner. Further, the police is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
