O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 05.12.2017 to change of patta in sofar as the petitioner is concerned regarding the land in Survey No.365/4C https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Extent of 2.06 Acres) of Ayan Thenkarai Village Group, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
