This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint, dated 08.11.2017 preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police and during enquiry, it came to know that the complaint preferred by the petitioner is a false one and therefore, the said complaint was closed.

dismissed. If the petitioner is having any grievance, it is open to him to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
