ORDER

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission by dispensing with the notice on the respondents 5 to 7 and by directing the 3rd respondent to take 1/3

appropriate action on the representation dated 03.03.2022 of the petitioner, wherein it has been stated that for the lands of the temple, called Mutharamman temple, situated at Kottankadu, Chettiayapathu Village, Udangudi, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District, patta has been given to the private respondents herein. 2.The 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2022 and dispose of the same after hearing the private respondents herein, namely respondents 5 to 7 and take further steps, if necessary, for cancelling the patta, if the allegation of the petitioner in the aforesaid representation is correct. The aforesaid exercise shall be carried out by the 3rd respondent within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
