ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed by the revision petitioner, seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai to dispose of O.S.No.27 of 2004, pending on its file, within a stipulated period.

2. The revision petitioner, who is the plaintiff, has filed a suit in O.S.No.27 of 2004, on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai for the relief of declaration and recovery of possession as against the respondent. After filing written statement by the respondent / defendant, the suit is being adjourned without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with the present revision.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though the notice was served none appeared for the respondent.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, without going into the merits and demerits of the allegation raised by the revision petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of with the following directions: "The learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.27 of 2004, pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to give their fullest co-operation for trial."
