Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the enquiry conducted in Na.Ka.No.1576/2016/A7 within the time stipulated by this Court based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2016 regarding cancellation of Kisti C.93817822 dated 20.03.2014 which was illegally granted by the Village Administrative Officer, Theni. For Petitioner : No appearance.

For Respondents : Mr.K.Mu.Muthu, Additional Government Pleader.

The petitioner is not present in person before this Court. However, it is seen that the only prayer that is made is that the first respondent should pass orders in respect of the petition mentioned property.

2. The learned Government counsel submits that the first respondent would dispose of the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not pronounced any thing on the merits of the matter.
