************ This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner herein in the guise of enquiry pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2017.

2.According to the prosecution, the allegation against one Malini, the then Inspector of Police has now been transferred to some other police station and the successor has taken charge of the respondent police station. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
