O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the private respondents RR3 to 8 are running illegal quarry mines and the same was objected by the petitioner. Thereby, the private respondents issued a life threat to the petitioner and therefore, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that besides filing the present criminal original petition, already the petitioner has filed a writ petition for grant of patta and further, another writ petition to prevent the private respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P(MD)No.4949 of 2020 prevent from quarrying the mines. It is further submitted that already the petitioner filed a complaint before the Law Enforcing Agency and the Law Enforcing Agency has assigned the C.S.R.No.136 of 2020 and also stated that enquiry will be conducted in the manner known to law.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
