Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the case registered in Crime No.332 of 2015 has been enquired into and closed as 'mistake of fact' and RC notice was also served to the petitioner.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
