2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent police would submit that already a final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi on 24.10.2019, itself and as such nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
