Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to conclude the investigation in Cr.No.53 of 2021, which was registered, for the offences under Sections 279, 337 IPC and later it was altered to 304A IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondents are awaiting for the Post Mortem Report of the deceased. On receipt of the Post Mortem Report, investigation will be concluded and Final Report will also be filed.

4. Recording the submission of the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to conclude the investigation in the Crime No.53 of 2021, and file the Final Report within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
