ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation/complaint dated 19.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both side.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 19.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the petitioner's complaint was assigned CSR number and the same is pending, the respondent shall take action as per law and if any cognizable offence is made out, the same may be proceeded as per law.

4.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
