Mr.S.Manohar, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent is refusing to receive the Mandagapadi fee for the Chithirai Festival scheduled to be held on 30.04.2018.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the respondent is willing to receive the Mandagapadi fees from the petitioner herein.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent for payment of the Mandagapadi fee and on such offer, the respondent shall receive the same and permit the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

perform Mandagapadi during the arrival and return of Lord Kallagar on 30.04.2018 at Nacharammal Mandagapadi, Alwarpuram, Madurai.

6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
