ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without any basis, the petitioner is being frequently called to the police station by the respondents 2 and 3 and that amounts to harassment.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that there is a complaint of goat missing and in respect of the same, presence of the petitioner is required for the purpose of interrogation. It is also submitted that the petitioner will be called for enquiry only by issuing summons, prescribing the date, place and time and after that enquiry, presence of the petitioner is not required. 4.Recording the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that even if presence of the family members of the petitioner is required for enquiry, the said procedure shall be followed.
