O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register the case of the petitioner herein dated 09.11.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during enquiry, the respondent police advised the parties to approach the civil Court to get remedy.

3.The learned counsel for petitioner requested this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach before the competent jurisdictional court for seeking his remedy.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional court to workout his remedy.
