PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed, Under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 praying to set aside the order dated 19.06.2013 in R.C.A.No.2 of 2012 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Karur confirming the fair and decreetal order in R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2010 dated 26.06.2012 on the file of the Rent Control Court cum Principal District Munsif Court, Karur and thereby allow the revision.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent stated that the landlord namely, the petitioner has taken possession of the premises, which is the subject matter of the eviction proceedings before the Rent Control authorities.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the revision petition can be disposed of, by recording the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.In the above circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also made an endorsement, stating that the respondent has vacated the premises and therefore, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
