2.The writ petitioner seeks issuance of the tender schedule in respect of the petition mentioned tender notification. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the writ petitioner will approach the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to issue tender schedule in question to the writ petitioner forthwith. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
