The petitioner / appellant, claiming to be the defacto complainant in Crime No.3 of 2023, has filed this application seeking leave to accept the cause title in Crl.A(MD)No.SR8046 of 2024 filed as against the order dated 19.02.2024 made in I.A.No.10 of 2024 in I.A.No.5 of 2024 in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Madurai. 2.When the application is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner / appellant has filed a memo dated 16.02.2025 that the order impugned herein was already set aside by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.20176 of 2022 dated 27.03.2024 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4

3.Recording the memo filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner / appellant, this petition stands closed. Consequently, the criminal appeal, which is in SR stage, is rejected.
