*********** By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner participated in the selection process for the post of Draughtsman Grade III in the second respondent Department, conducted by the first respondent. The petitioner states that he would have secured more marks, however, there is a miscalculation. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 01.10.2019, for issuance of his OMR sheet. Since, the same has not been issued so far, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition. 3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 01.10.2019.
