2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.Having regard to the nature of the grievance expressed by the petitioner and the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation is almost completed and the final report likely to be filed within a period of one month, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
