This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by Pandeeswari @ Yazhilini, D/o. Sakthivel, the third respondent herein.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been inquired into and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.
