Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's house site situated in Survey No.1/91A1A2 measuring 9.50 Acres in Patta No.112 situated at Shekkalaikottai Village, Sankarapuram, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and to fix the four boundaries and to issue the petitioner the survey sketch and survey certificate.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks survey of the petition mentioned house. He has given an application in this regard.

3. The second respondent is directed to complete the survey exercise within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the authorities come across any rival claim or dispute, they will necessarily relegate the petitioner to move the civil Court. If there is no rival claim or dispute, the second respondent shall complete the said exercise https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as requested by the petitioner.

4. This Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
