The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 30.06.2021.

2. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that her husband, who was working as Line Inspector in TANGEDCO, is having illicit affair with another woman and married her. However, the petitioner has not stated the details of the second wife and her husband and blankedly the representation has been sent. The said representation cannot be considered by the Authorities at all. In the absence of any particulars, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.5318 of 2022 Authorities cannot conduct any enquiry in respect of personal particulars. Therefore, only if the petitioner is able to provide all the particulars of the second wife along with address and other things, the Authorities will be in a position to conduct an enquiry. This apart, the High Court cannot issue any direction to consider such representation which is vague and did not contain any necessary particulars. Thus, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authorities with complete particulars.
