ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Madurai Town, to dispose the O.S.No.421 of 2024, within the time frame fixed.

2.By the order dated 21.04.2025, this Court passed the following order.

"5.In view of the above said facts, O.S.No.421 of 2024, pending on the file of II Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, is hereby transferred to V Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai, to be tried along with O.S.No.228 of 2023. Both the suits shall be disposed of on or before 30.11.2025." 3.But today it is brought to the notice of this Court that as the trainee period of V Additional District Munsif, Madurai, is over, there is no court is functioning in the name of V Additional District Munsif, Madurai and the suit in O.S.No.228 of 2023 has been transferred to the file of the I Additional District Munsif, Madurai. The suit in O.S.No.421 of 2024 is pending before the II Additional District Munsif, Madurai. 4.

Considering the present position, this Court directs the II Additional District Munsif, Madurai, to try the both the suits in O.S.No. 421 of 2024 and 228 of 2023 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The I Additional District Munsif, Madurai, shall transfer the O.S.No.

forthwith. To this extend the order dated 06.01.2026 is modified. 26.02.2026 TM To 1.The I Additional District Munsif, Madurai.
