This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the investigation has been completed and charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, on 27.08.2015 itself, but the same is yet to be taken on file by the learned Magistrate.

4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
