ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the case has been registered in Crime No.58 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, and 120(b) of IPC.
4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
